چکیده

Anaerobic digestion for biomethane production is an important tool regarding sustainable energy production. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects substrate composition and operating parameters on during anaerobic digestion, focusing use flotates slaughterhouse waste as substrates with a high organic content. A novelty here moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) circulation pump treatment flotates, slaughter (SW), their mixture. Flotates from slaughterhouses offer In work, it shown that both provide biochemical methane potential (BMP). highest yield achieved by mixing substrates. continuous operation, special challenges arose, due nitrogen fat content These could be overcome using in improved back-mixing. As result, average 0.65 NLCH4·gTS eli−1 mesophilic operation at loading rate (OLR) 4.2 gTS·L−1·d−1.

anaerobic digestion of slaughterhouse solid waste for the optimization of biogas production

anaerobic digestion is a feasible technology to stabilize the solid waste generated inslaughterhouses obtaining significant quantities of biogas, considered as a clean and renewable fuel. this iswhy it is important to optimize the digestion process in order to eliminate organic matter and maximize theproduction of biogas. in this work, a system was developed for treating slaughterhouse solid wa...
